Shipping:

Lithic Jewellery uses Australia post. Postage is $10.00 flat for anywhere in Australia. This includes tracking.
Please ensure all details are correct when checking out.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post you will receive a tracking number via your given email address. Please refer to this number when tracking your order.

Lithic Jewellery is not held responsible for any lost or damaged goods from Australia Post. Please refer to your tracking number to contact Australia Post to report an incident report that your order has been lost. However, these incidents are very rare and, in those circumstances, Lithic Jewellery will endeavor to replace the item for you with a comparable item. 

Dispatch Times:

Lithic Jewellery will try their hardest to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. This is usually between 2-7 business days.

Returns:

For hygiene standards & regulations exchanges and/ or refunds will NOT be given on any earrings.
However, refunds are acceptable on faulty items. If a refund is required, please contact Lithic Jewellery to organize the refund. The item will need to be posted back and then a refunded item can be posted back to you.
